3. Plan the assortment and refill routine
State how many different products you want to offer and your planned refill frequency. Ask for the usable quantity per slot for the tested packaging rather than assuming that all card products share one capacity. Keep the approved loading instructions with the refill team and confirm how customers can report a failed purchase.

Wi-Fi, 4G or LAN connectivity and remote sales, inventory or alert functions depend on the installed controller, software and service plan.
Locations and installation planning
Plan a level floor, electrical supply, lighting, network coverage, customer clearance and service access. Confirm local rules for retailing branded or age-restricted products, refund handling, data access, taxes and site permissions. Machine branding does not itself grant permission to use protected Pokémon artwork.
Warranty and service planning
