Pharmacy Medicine Vending Machine for OTC and Prescription Pickup
Pharmacy Vending Machine for OTC Medicine and Prescription Pickup
A temperature-adjustable pharmacy vending machine for retail pharmacies and community medicine points. The 21.5-inch touchscreen presents product information and categories, while a code-based workflow can support collection of an already authorized prescription order.

Make the assortment easier to understand and easier to operate.
A medicine machine has to do more than release a package. It must show the right information, separate product categories, support the pharmacy’s authorized order process and give the operating team a usable record of stock, expiry and sales.
Upload the medicine or supplement information that the operator wants customers to see before purchase, such as contents, usage notes and category-specific guidance.
Group OTC medicines and wellness products by the pharmacy’s assortment. A selected item can display a related supplement recommendation configured by the operator.
Set a multi-buy discount or a related-product offer from the backend. The machine can present the configured promotion without turning the page into a price claim.

Use a pickup code for an order that has already been authorized.
The prescription function is positioned as a controlled collection workflow, not as independent diagnosis or unrestricted prescription dispensing.
Order review
The pharmacy or other authorized party completes its own prescription and identity checks.
Pickup code
An approved order is associated with a code or pickup credential supplied through the configured workflow.
Customer collection
The customer enters or presents the credential at the machine to collect the prepared order.
Operator record
The operator reviews the transaction and stock event in the backend, subject to final system configuration.
Turn expiry and stock control into visible operating tasks.
- Monitor stock by slot and identify low-stock items before a popular OTC product disappears.
- Record expiry dates and configure alerts for products approaching their operator-defined threshold.
- Receive email notifications for low stock, expiry events, machine abnormalities and sales errors when included in the ordered software package.
- Review sales reports by item and period to adjust the medicine and supplement assortment.
- Update product details, categories, recommendation links and promotional content remotely.

Specify the cabinet around the medicine assortment and market.
The machine uses pusher slots rather than claiming an elevator or locker system. Final slot spacing and package fit should be tested with the actual cartons, bottles, blister packs and supplement containers.
Payment hardware is selectable; the exact country modules and acquirer integration must be confirmed before ordering.

Can it sell both OTC and prescription medicines?
It can be configured for an OTC assortment and an authorized prescription pickup workflow. The operator must confirm permitted products, prescription review, identity checks and local requirements.
Does the machine diagnose or prescribe medicine?
