WEIMI TCG Vending Machine Match the Channel to the Pack
WEIMI · Mixed-format card retail
Your card range comes in more than one pack size.
Plan a TCG vending machine with spiral and pusher slots around the products you actually sell.
Different packages need different loading checks. This 162 cm-wide cabinet combines two channel types, a 21.5-inch touchscreen and pickup-code collection.
We supply the machine. You supply the cards.
WEIMI does not sell or supply TCG stock.
Start with the packaging
Do your packs and boxes need the same channel?
A card retailer may stock thin packs and firmer boxed products. Choosing a machine by total channel count alone does not show whether those packages will load and dispense well.
Send the final retail package
Share the width, depth, height and weight of each item. Include any sleeve, outer box or protective packaging used when selling it.
Match the channel to the sample
The machine uses spiral and pusher channels. Review which type suits each sample instead of assuming every package belongs in the same lane.
Confirm loading and delivery
Check the filled channel, delivery path and collection opening with your actual products before confirming the layout and total capacity.
About 6 shelves × 10 channels per shelf. That is approximately 60 channels—not a claim of 60 products. The number of items held depends on the packaging and final setup.
A second way to collect
The customer is ready. Your counter is closed.
Use pickup codes for arranged collections. Prepare the product first, set the code in the backend, and email it to the customer. They can collect without arranging a handover with a staff member.
Prepare the item
Load the agreed product and check the collection setup before telling the customer it is ready.
Set and send the code
Create the pickup code in the backend. Send it to the customer's email with the machine location and access hours.
Let the customer collect
The customer uses the code at the machine to collect. Collection can be available at any time if the location remains accessible.

This TCG vending machine with pickup code supports the collection step. Confirm any online checkout connection separately; the described process does not require an assumed automatic email integration.
At the collection door
A door that detects a hand
The collection door opens and closes automatically. Infrared sensing detects a hand in the opening to help prevent pinching during collection.
The elevator transports the product, and an internal camera records the dispensing process for reviewing handling issues. These are supporting features; actual packages still need dispensing checks.
For customers buying on the spot
Make the package—and the choice—clear
A trading card vending machine should show more than attractive artwork. Add the game, set, language and package contents so customers can tell similar products apart.
Browse the right range
Create categories for your stocked games or product types. Keep each listing tied to the exact version being sold.

Offer a relevant next item
Choose related products in the backend and set multi-buy discounts for eligible items. Recommend a stocked item that makes sense with the customer's selection; you control which products receive an offer.

Keep the range ready
Check the products, then plan the visit
Use inventory and sales reports to see which products need a refill. Low-stock emails help flag shortages; machine fault emails help you arrange a service check.

Keep your collection preparation process clear. Separate reserved-stock tracking or automatic order synchronization should be confirmed for your project.

Before choosing your layout
Can this work as a card pack vending machine?
Yes, subject to checking the exact packs and their final outer packaging. Spiral and pusher channels are available in this configuration; the layout should be matched to samples.
Can every box in the pictures fit?
Do not use the pictures as a fit guarantee. They are appearance references, and their displayed layouts differ from the confirmed approximate 6 × 10 configuration. Send each package size and weight for review.
Does WEIMI supply the trading cards?
No. WEIMI manufactures and supplies the vending machine. You arrange the card stock.
Can customers collect after the shop closes?
Yes, using a prepared pickup code if they can access the machine. A machine inside a locked shop is not accessible after closing. Include location and access instructions when you email the code.
Does the system automatically connect to my online shop?
That connection is not assumed. The described workflow is operator preparation, backend pickup-code setup and emailing the code to the customer. Discuss any required integration separately.
How many individual products can it hold?
The approximate layout is 6 shelves with 10 channels each. Total product quantity depends on packaging and the final loading setup; channel count is not product capacity.
Bring the product mix, not just a capacity target
Send the packs and boxes you want to sell.
Share package sizes, weights, photos, destination and preferred payments. Include your collection plan so WEIMI can review the channels and pickup workflow together.
