Can I sell protein bars and bottled drinks in one machine?
Yes, the machine can be configured for a mix of packaged snacks and drinks. Send the package sizes, weights and storage requirements so we can check the pusher slots, elevator delivery and temperature setup.
Can it sell cold-pressed juice?
The temperature setting is adjustable from 3–20°C. For cold-pressed juice, check the supplier’s storage requirements and shelf life. Confirm the required cabinet conditions and test the bottle before adding it to the range.
What does the camera record?
The internal camera records the product dispensing process. This footage helps you review a reported delivery problem or damaged item. Ask us about the recording access and storage setup for your order.
How does the pickup door help protect hands?
The pickup door opens and closes automatically. An infrared sensor detects when a customer reaches into the opening and helps prevent the door from closing on their hand.
Can I recommend a drink when someone buys a snack?
Yes. Set related products so the screen can suggest a drink with a snack. You can also set multi-buy discounts for selected items.
Does 60 slots mean 60 products in total?
No. There are 6 floors with 10 slots per floor. The total number of items depends on package size and the final slot setup.
Can I choose the payment system?
Yes. Coin, cash, card, e-wallet, IC card and ID card options are available. Tell us your country, currency and preferred provider so we can specify the payment devices.
