Will my wrapped bouquets fit?
Compare the full packed size with the 241.6 × 230.4 × 470 mm locker dimensions. Include the sleeve, bow and any water pack. Send photos and measurements so WEIMI can confirm the opening, orientation and handling space. Locker sizes can be customized.
Does 20 lockers mean 20 product types?
The machine has 20 lockers and supports up to 20 product types. You can repeat popular products across lockers. Locker count is not a promise of how many loose flowers or packed items will fit.
How does a flower pickup locker work?
The customer orders and pays online through your chosen sales channel. You load the order, generate a unique code in the backend and email it to the customer. The customer scans or enters the code at the machine to collect the flowers.
Does the machine detect when flowers are no longer fresh?
Expiry rules use the dates you enter. They can trigger advance alerts, discounts and a sales block after expiry. Inspect flowers when loading and during routine checks; a date rule does not measure their condition.
Can all flowers use the same cooling setting?
The setting is adjustable from 3–20°C. Choose flowers that suit the same storage conditions and follow your flower supplier’s care advice. Confirm the operating environment with WEIMI before ordering.
