What flowers fit the compartments?
The compartments measure 212.9 × 215.5 × 470 mm. Send the packed size of your flower gifts so we can check the fit. Large bouquets may need another configuration.
Can customers order online and collect later?
Yes. The florist loads the paid order, generates a unique pickup code in the backend and sends it to the customer. The customer scans or enters the code at the machine.
Can I show flower details on the screen?
Yes. Add photos, names, sizes, flower mix, care notes and prices. Use categories such as romance, birthday and thank-you gifts.
Can the machine recommend a card?
Yes. Link a separately stocked compatible card or a prepacked flower-and-card gift as a related product. Load the card or gift in a suitable compartment before offering it for sale.
How do expiry rules work?
You enter the dates. The system can send advance alerts, apply your near-expiry discount rule and block sales after the date. It does not sense flower freshness.
What temperature can I set?
The cabinet setting is adjustable from 3–20°C. Choose a setting that matches the flower mix and supplier instructions. Choose flowers that can share the same cabinet setting.
Which payment methods are available?
Selectable options include coin, cash, card, e-wallet, IC card and ID card. Confirm the country, currency and payment provider for the final setup.
